Appointment Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late then your appt may be rescheduled. You may be charged a no show fee.
No Show Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours your appointment you may be charged a no-show fee. Botox, Filler, Threads, or other aesthetic procedures will result in a $75 fee.
Missed Appointment
After 3 missed appointments there will be a $75 prepayment required to book again. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
Refunds
We try to meet your expectations of the service you received, If you are dissatisfied with your service please book a consult with Kim Bell.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.
